My motivation is my family; it's my why. They push me to show up with purpose and build something meaningful and lasting, not just for today but for the future we're creating together. That carries into how I work: I stay intentional, accountable, and focused on outcomes that actually move the needle, not just activity. I don't believe in going through the motions. I believe in doing things the right way, making an impact, and following through. That mindset keeps me grounded, driven, and consistent, because at the end of the day, everything I do is for them.

What's Something Interesting About Your Hometown?

I was born and raised in Wilson, Pennsylvania, a small, tight-knit borough right next to Easton. Together, they offer what most places can't: energy and stability in one spot. Easton brings the history, including one of the first public readings of the Declaration of Independence in 1776, a real downtown, and constant activity, while Wilson delivers quiet, consistent neighborhoods that actually feel like home. Sports run deep here, from the iconic Easton vs. Phillipsburg rivalry to strong local programs and college matchups like Lehigh vs. Lafayette. The area has also produced standout talent, including professional boxing champion Larry Holmes, and is home to Crayola. It's a place built on grit, still growing, and easy to live in.
